ALL orders are shipped FREE of Charge to any UK address via Royal Mail (2nd Class).

You also have the option to UPGRADE your delivery service to either;

EXPRESS DELIVERY (1st Class) - £1.20 (free when you spend over £35).
OR
NEXT DAY (Tracked) - £3

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £10

ALL orders shipped within 1-2 days, from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Custom Bead Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

Custom Resin Orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks.

Returns and Refunds

Customised or personalised items and items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please note; buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as the buyer is responsible for any loss of value and may be charged for the damage.
