Delivery Information
Jewellery & Gifts
ALL orders are shipped FREE of Charge to any UK address via Royal Mail (2nd Class).

You also have the option to UPGRADE your delivery service to either;

EXPRESS DELIVERY (1st Class) - £1.20 (free when you spend over £35).
OR
NEXT DAY (Tracked) - £3

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £10

ALL orders shipped within 1-2 days, from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Custom Bead Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks.
​
Custom Resin Orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks.

Our graphic t-shirts are printed and shipped directly from Printful

Standard - (5-20 business days after fulfillment)

Standard DDP - (3-7 business days after fulfillment) UK only

Returns and Refunds

I gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Ship items back to us within 14 days.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

Customised or personalised items and items on sale cannot be exchanged or returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Please note, buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Also, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value and may be charged for the damage.

Due to the nature of the items, we can only accept returns where applicable.​
